WhatsApp Business Integration

Connect your WhatsApp Business Account to send messages and view conversations.

Features

  • Connect WABA: Link your WhatsApp Business Account using system user tokens.
  • Send Messages: Send text messages to customers.
  • View Conversations: Read message history.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your Phone Number ID, WABA ID, and Access Token.
  3. Save the configuration.

You can send messages API or through the campaign interface (if supported).
